Kimberly provides legal and technology support for the litigation team. Her work includes legal research, keeping up to date on all court dockets, and drafting and filing pleadings and other legal documents.

She has experience in providing legal support in a multitude of practice areas, including class action suits, probate cases, and white-collar civil and criminal law. 

Before joining Nelson Legal LLC, Kimberly was a legal assistant at a small white-collar litigation firm, where she gained experience in digital file management.

Most of her work experience before law was in politics, having worked temporarily at a United States Senator’s Office as a legislative intern.
